To echo Marine Layer’s Custom Club vibe, we built a savory-sweet playground: an edible centerpiece with mix-and-match bites, choose-your-own vessels, and a dip landscape guests could paint with. A little art, a little appetite, all designed for pure play.

"SALO SALO provided the most gorgeous catering spread for an event hosted by Marine Layer in San Francisco, celebrating their Custom Club pop-up; a dreamy, imaginative space that provided guests with the opportunity to personalize their favorite soft goods from Marine Layer with chain stitched embroidery and heat pressed patches. 

SADIE Creative led event production and planning for an influencer event with ~100+ guests and SALO SALO was a key, collaborative partner every step of the way. 

Christina has incredible vision, listened to our client's goals, event themes and aesthetic, and translated it to a truly memorable experience, making a clear connection between the brand messaging and food. Beyond a stunning installation with mirrored platters, thoughtful props and handwritten table signage, Salo Salo's dips, small bites and flavors were inventive and truly some of the best I've had at any event.
